For the ski trip, Duke of Edinburgh's expeditions, students will only be offered a place if their academic achievement, behaviour and attendance are of an acceptable level. When applications and deposits are paid, the trip organisers will look at student's attendance and homework record. Only students with a minimum 85% attendance and no more than 4 homework database entries will be offered a place. Only database entries accrued after May 1st in the summer term, or those in the Autumn/Winter Terms 2017-18 will be taken into account for the above trips.

Years 11/12/13 students should remember that their final exams are in May/June and that time away from school may affect their academic performance unless they plan and prepare well in advance.
